We had a leak under the sink on a weekend. I called and left voicemails with 2 other plumbers and when I called Mr. Rooter they actually answered the phone. They sent someone out within the hour. He was very friendly, professional, explained the problem and fixed it promptly. 5 days later and the other plumbers still haven't called me back. Next time I'll start by calling Mr. Rooter!

This was my first time using this company. My tech was Jose Franco, he was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made quick work of the estimate. We agreed on a price and he got to work. He performed the job exactly as he said. His suggestion on where to run the gas line was right on the money. When he was finished he cleaned up and was on his way.
